Corporate tax for growth companies to zero

It would be very easy and also quite cheap for state to establish a tax deduction, that if if a company increases its employment costs and number of people employed by xx%, it would get a tax deduction from corporate tax. The deduction could be as big as increase in employment costs or tied to some other metrics so that in practice corporrate tax would be zero.

Growth companies seldom pay any corporate taxes anyway as they are not often profitable, so ghis would not be very costly for the statr. However, it would srnd a strong signal what the state wishes from companies.

And it would be easy to scale this with the percentages required (growth percentage and deduction amount /percentage)
