Pains on all fronts

Hey all, we are an Aalto University spin out, two co-founders with 10+ years of living in Finland, so not newbies.

Issues
- Bank account - OP took 3 weeks just to suggest a meeting to “discuss possible bank account”. My co-founder has been their client for 10+ years. We went with Nordea in the end as they did things relatively quickly with two weeks timeline and all because I was their client for about 20y. Revolut took us about four months, Wise about 3 weeks.

- Tax office - asked us once why they should return VAT if we are not selling anything and also with many questions on “why are you smart people and not selling anything”. Well, ahm, we are in deep tech, it takes about 3-5 to build anything…

- A ton of others things I can talk for hours…
